Visualizing Me

We have the opportunity to create and visualize our world at any time we choose. Often, we use the new year to jump start our dreams, goals, desires, hopes, and adventures. What if we did it throughout the year? In this first workshop of “Visualizing Me,” explore visualization tools to generate three months into your future. Together we will explore mindful practices, engage in discussion and use our creative juju to visualize ourselves into a life that we design.
