One-on-One Sessions
As a Mindfulness Life Coach, I create brave spaces for individuals to activate healing through somatic yoga, mindful breathing, meditation, and visualization. Together, we dive deep into personal ways of being guided by compassion, intuition, and health research. I dedicate part of my practice to techniques and offerings that focus on the healing of BIPOC. My work is grounded in liberation and activates a deep connection to and transformation of the human experience.
Wellness Circles
Approaching wellness inside a community of individuals sharing similar intentions can be powerful. As we explore questions, practices, rituals and lifestyle changes together, we share and learn from one another. This safe space collective is perfect to practice the tools and techniques of the program as you define and discover self enlightenment.
Workshops/Classes
A wonderful way to practice techniques divinely inspired by and derived from ancient teachings. Focus is on body awareness, breath, releasing trauma through several mindful practices.
