Meditation & Breathwork
Breathwork — Pranayama is a ancient modality that I use to initiate the practice of meditation. By tuning in to the breath, we are able to focus on being present in the moment. These mindful techniques connect the subconscious with the conscious mind. As we train the breath, we train our mind and body to work in synergy with the harmonious rhythms of life.
Yoga Class
Breath is a vital component of my yoga teachings as I honor the 5,000 year old history and tradition of ancient Indian philosophy. Join me as I lead you through a vinyasa flow incorporating mind, body, and spirit. We will focus on alignment and modifications to ensure safety while building strength and flexibility.
